Pause apps for custom duration

Would be really helpful if I could pause an app for a custom amount of time, not just the rest of the day. For example, sometimes I want to pause my Google tasks for just an hour or two, and it's exhausting snoozing every single task notification. The modes feature also doesn't work because I want all of my other apps to continue to function as normal.
