Gear + RPM Cruise Control or RPM cap while in cruise control

Be able to set your cruise to ”2500 RPMs in 6th gear" as opposed to 80 mph, etc. to avoid downshifting on big hills to maintain 80 mph and thereby tanking gas mileage.
