Option to Send Group Message Individually

I would like the option, when creating a group message, to send individual messages instead of forming a new group chat. I know that Google Messages has an option, but it is buried in the settings. I would prefer to make this decision at the time of sending the message. This is great for sending out mass texts when you are looking for individual responses rather than a group response.
